Second International Helicopter Safety Team - South Pacific Regional Conference
Chair: Dr Arvind Sinha
The first International Helicopter Safety Symposium (IHSS) was held in Montreal in 2005 to initiate an international collaborative effort to reduce accidents in vertical flight operations. This conference, the Second International Helicopter Safety Team - South Pacific Regional Conference, is among other similar meetings being held across the world. The regional meetings are aimed to ensure that regulators, operators and the industry worldwide become familiar with the data-driven process initiated by the International Helicopter Safety Team. Helicopter operators (civil and military), manufacturers, regulatory authorities, accident investigation authorities, and management professionals are encouraged to participate
